Following an apprenticeship at some of the top Michelin-starred restaurants in Germany and France, Harald became the Executive Chef of the “Schwarzwaldstube” in Baiersbronn at the age of just 24, taking it to become a 3 Michelin Star restaurant by 1992 and repeating that achievement for 25 consecutive years. That’s a record still unmatched in Germany and almost anywhere else worldwide.
